MHAY ANN NAVORA ROSARIO is a 25-year-old single filipina and a resident of Mangatarem, Pangasinan. She is the second child among four siblings, with two brothers and one sister. Her 48-year-old mother is currently working as a domestic worker in Singapore, while her father has already passed away. She completed her secondary education at Olo National High School in 2021 under the Home Economics strand, where she acquired practical knowledge and skills related to household management and caregiving. From June 2023 to June 2025, Mhay Ann worked as a secretary, where she developed good organizational skills, responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently in a professional environment. At present, she is focusing on her application to work abroad in order to build a better future for herself and support her family. In addition to her office experience, she also gained valuable domestic work experience in the Philippines from March 2022 to June 2023 , serving a relative's family living in a two-storey, four-bedroom house occupied by a couple and their newborn baby. As the sole helper, she was entrusted with the full responsibility of caring for the newborn while managing all household chores. Her duties included feeding the baby, changing diapers, bathing and dressing the child, sterilizing feeding bottles, preparing the baby's needs, and ensuring the child's safety and well-being. She also performed general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning the house, washing and ironing clothes, organizing household items, and maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment. With this experience, Mhay Ann is confident in caring for newborns and young children. She is knowledgeable in feeding, bathing, grooming, changing diapers, engaging children in age-appropriate play, and providing attentive and loving care to support their growth and development. She is also knowledgeable in preparing Filipino dishes and has a genuine interest in learning new cuisines. She can easily follow recipes and is willing to adapt to her future employer's cooking preferences and household routines. Mhay Ann describes herself as patient, hardworking, trustworthy, and eager to learn. She understands the importance of being responsible, respectful, and maintaining a positive attitude while working in another family's home. Upon selection, Mhay Ann will undergo a one-week TESDA-accredited In-House Private Training in Manila to further enhance her caregiving and household management skills. She will also attend the mandatory OWWA Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) before the processing of her Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) for deployment. Given her childcare experience, household management skills, willingness to learn, and dedication to providing quality service, Mhay Ann Navora Rosario is well-prepared and highly motivated to work as a domestic helper.
