About Juliebee Monquez Carreon

Julibee Monquez Carreon is a 36-year-old domestic worker from General Santos City. She is married to a draftsman and is a devoted mother to two children, aged 17 and 6. She is the second among six siblings, raised in a hardworking family—her father is a tricycle driver, and her mother is a housewife. Julibee completed her secondary education at Erineo L. Santiago National High School in 2006. In 2023, she graduated with a two-year course in Healthcare Services from Golden State College, enhancing her skills in caregiving and personal care. She has diverse work experience, including four years (2011–2015) as an all-around beautician in a salon, specializing in hair and nail services. Since November 2024, she has been working as a data encoder at a hospital while awaiting selection for a domestic work opportunity abroad. From January 2019 to January 2024, Julibee worked as a domestic helper for a Filipino household with two children, ages 5 and 2. She managed household chores such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and marketing, and cared for the children’s daily needs. As a mother herself, Julibee is confident in infant and child care—she can prepare meals, bathe children, change clothes, and engage them in play and learning activities. She is skilled in cooking Filipino dishes and is eager to learn foreign cuisines by following recipes. She is also open to additional tasks such as gardening, car washing, and pet care. Julibee is confident in performing domestic duties and continues to apply these skills in her own home. To further enhance her qualifications, she will undergo the Domestic Work NC II training (TESDA-accredited) in Manila, which includes core competencies in cleaning, laundry, and ironing. Julibee is reliable, patient, and committed to providing excellent care and service to any household she joins.
