My name is Ainun Iftitah and I am from Bima, NTB, Indonesia. I bring 2 full years of solid overseas caregiving and domestic experience from Malaysia, specializing in high-dependency elderly care, specialized disabled care, family cooking, and complete household management. During my professional employment abroad, I was entrusted with the care of an elderly couple—specifically an 80-year-old Ah Ma who was bedridden following a full-body stroke, and a healthy 70-year-old Ah Gong. My rigorous daily routine involved managing Ah Ma's complete hygiene, assistance with bathing, spoon-feeding food and milk, changing diapers, and managing all daily needs, while simultaneously maintaining a 3-bedroom landed property. I am highly organized across all standard cleaning workflows, including sweeping, mopping, laundry, and bedmaking. In the kitchen, I am experienced in preparing simple Chinese home meals such as cap cay, fried rice, and vegetable or meat soups.
