Her duties included showering/bathing, changing clothes, changing diapers, preparing meals, doing hair for the girl, playing together, and watching over them. Prior to this, she worked in Myanmar caring for a 9-month-old and children aged 6 and 8 years old, with similar responsibilities including bathing, feeding, meal preparation, and general care. Apart from these, Thida also does the usual housework, laundry, and cooking. She is able to cook Burmese dishes and some simple Omani dishes, and she is keen and willing to learn more dishes.
