Her duties included taking care of a newborn baby, feeding the baby, general house cleaning, washing, simple cooking, and other related household chores. She worked daily from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. 2 years (2018 - 2020) as a helper in Hongkong She worked in a 4-storey bungalow house with 5 bedrooms and 5 toilets for a family of 2. The Ma’am and Sir worked in China and returned to Hong Kong once a month, with 2 other helpers staying at home. Her duties included general house cleaning, washing, washing the car, cooking, gardening and planted vegetables such as potatoes and carrots, and taking care of 8 dogs of different sizes by feeding and walking them. 6 months (Mar 2022 - Sep 2022) as a helper in Singapore She worked for a Chinese family of 5 in a 2-storey landed property with 5 bedrooms and 3 toilets. The household consisted of the Ma’am, 2 adult children, grandma aged 89, and grandpa aged 90. She took care of grandma, who had a half-body stroke and could walk slowly with a walker or use a wheelchair. She assisted her with showering, changing diapers, exercising, giving medicine, and bringing her to the hospital. She also did general housework, washing, car washing, marketing, and cooking for herself. Her employment ended when the previous helper returned to work, so she went back home. 3 years (2022 - 2025) as a helper in Malaysia She worked in a 3-storey house with 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets for a 38-year-old Ma’am who lived alone. The Ma’am worked every day. Her duties included general house cleaning, washing, car washing, marketing, cooking, and taking care of 2 cats. 1 year (2025 - 2026) in Magetan She worked at a food store from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Her duties included assisting in the kitchen, cutting vegetables, cleaning, washing dishes, and other related tasks.

Cooking

Daily she prepares basic cooking for the family, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.

Childcare

She is keen to look after children/ infants, and she looks after her own.

Elderly Care

She is keen to look after elderly. In Singapore, she assisted grandma with walking using a walker or wheelchair, bathing, changing her soiled diapers, exercising, taking medication, and accompanying her to the hospital.

Mobile phone use

She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage and will contact her family with her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.

Rest days

The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.

2-year contract

She is aware of the 2 years contract.
