Santiana

Santiana is a 35-year-old married Muslim from Indonesia and the mother of an 11-year-old daughter. She has working experience in Singapore, having completed a full 2-year contract with one employer. Santiana is able to understand and communicate in basic English and is actively working on improving her fluency. From 2021 to 2023, Santiana worked for a Chinese family in Singapore comprising Sir, Ma'am, and two adult sons. She was responsible for attending to the family's daily needs and managing the household independently. Her duties included maintaining a 3-storey house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, performing general housekeeping, cooking daily meals, accompanying Ma'am for grocery shopping and marketing, washing two cars, and caring for the garden. She is able to handle multiple household responsibilities. Santiana enjoys cooking and is able to prepare a variety of Chinese and Indonesian dishes such as soy sauce pork, pork rib soup, chap chai, curry chicken, rendang, satay, ayam penyet, nasi lemak, and chicken rice. She prepared daily meals according to her employer family's preferences, taste, and dietary requirements. She is familiar with home-style cooking, meal planning, food preparation, and kitchen hygiene. She can follow recipes, adapt to different cooking styles and flavors, and is willing to learn new dishes to better meet the needs of her future employer. Santiana is interview-ready and eager to return to Singapore for employment. Having successfully completed her previous contract, she understands the expectations and working environment in Singapore. She looks forward to joining a new family where she can contribute with her experience and willingness to learn while building a long-term working relationship with her employer.
