Sally Grace Agustin Desiar

Sally Grace Agustin Desiar is a 34-year-old devoted wife and mother of three, residing in Sison, Pangasinan. Married to a hardworking construction worker, Sally finds strength in her family, raising her children aged 17, 11, and 10 with love, discipline, and care. She is the eldest of two siblings, with a strong foundation built by her parents—her father, a 68-year-old layman in their church, and her mother, a retired teacher aged 73. In 2006, Sally completed her secondary education at Mapandan National High School. She later pursued her passion for teaching and graduated with a Bachelor in Elementary Education from Northern Luzon Adventist College in 2014. Her dedication to service and caregiving led her to further pursue a Caregiving Certification, which she completed in 2022. Over the years, Sally has gained valuable experience as a domestic worker both locally and abroad: Philippines (June 2022 – July 2025): She served a relative's household, performing general housework, cooking, laundry, and caring for three young children ages 11,4 and 1. Macau (August 2019 – March 2020): She worked for a Chinese family with two children ages 3 and newborn in Jan 202 , sharing responsibilities with a fellow Filipina helper. Her stay was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Qatar (September 2017 – November 2018): She worked for a Qatari household with three young children with ages 4,2 and newborn in Feb 2018, supporting daily routines alongside an Indian co-helper. The family had to relocate due to the employer’s medical condition. Sally is confident in caring for children, from newborns to young school-aged kids. She handles feeding, bathing, clothing, and even helps with educational activities. She also has experience caring for the elderly—particularly her 95-year-old grandfather—assisting him in daily living tasks as part of her caregiving practice. Sally is currently focused on her family while completing her documentation for deployment to Singapore. As she is exempted from training seminars, she is ready for deployment upon completion of required paperwork. Sally brings with her not only experience and skills but also a heart for service, a willingness to learn, and a deep sense of responsibility in every home she enters.
