Rosemarie Erice Aluag, 28, is a devoted mother and wife from Banna, Ilocos Norte. The youngest of six siblings, she grew up in a hardworking family—her 75-year-old father is a farmer, while her 73-year-old mother has always been a dedicated homemaker. Rosemarie completed her secondary education in 2016 through the Department of Education’s Alternative Learning System (ALS), demonstrating her determination to pursue learning despite life’s challenges. As she raises her 13-year-old daughter with her husband, a 38-year-old farmer, Rosemarie continues to seek opportunities for the betterment of her family. While awaiting selection for employment in Singapore, she remains a hands-on mother, fully committed to her household responsibilities. From October 2024 to August 2025, Rosemarie gained practical experience as a stay-out domestic helper in the PHILIPPINES for a Filipino family residing in a two-storey, four-room home. The household included a couple and their newborn twins. Rosemarie reported daily to provide attentive childcare—bathing, feeding, and changing clothes and diapers—while also maintaining cleanliness and order in the home. Her ability to care for infants, manage household tasks, and adapt to the needs of the family reflects her reliability and strong work ethic. Rosemarie is confident in cooking Filipino dishes and is enthusiastic about learning new cuisines, following recipes with ease. She is also experienced in elderly care, general housekeeping, car washing, pet care, and has a natural passion for gardening. Driven by her desire to secure a brighter future for her daughter, Rosemarie is highly motivated to work abroad. Upon selection, she will undergo a week-long In-House Private Training in Manila accredited by TESDA, followed by an OWWA seminar, before the processing of her Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) for deployment. Rosemarie embodies dedication, perseverance, and a genuine desire to provide the best for her family—qualities that make her a promising candidate for overseas employment.
