Czarina Jane Hebrada Bernal is a 35-year-old Filipina from Bangued, Abra. She is a devoted wife to a 42-year-old driver and a loving mother to four children, aged 15, 14, 11, and 4. As the eldest among five siblings, she learned responsibility at an early age, often helping her parents raise her younger brothers and sister. Her father, now 61, works as a carpenter, while her mother, 52, stays at home to care for the family. In 2006, Czarina graduated from Santa High School Foundation, Inc. With a strong passion for teaching, she pursued a degree in Education and completed her studies up to the third year. However, her academic journey was put on hold when she chose to build a family of her own after getting married. Despite not finishing her degree, Czarina remained determined to contribute to her family’s needs. Over the years, she gained valuable work experience in various fields. She worked as a hotel receptionist from 2017 to 2021, where she developed strong interpersonal and organizational skills. In 2023, she took on a role as a Dream Fulfillment Officer, followed by a position as a checker/encoder from June 2024 to July 2025. One of Czarina’s most meaningful work experiences was as a stay-out domestic helper in the Philippines for a Filipino family from November 2022 to February 2024. She worked for a household living in a 3-bedroom bungalow, which included a couple, an elderly 80-year-old woman, and a 9-year-old child. As an all-around helper, Czarina managed various household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and assisting the elderly woman in her daily activities. Working as a stay-out helper required her to be highly responsible and independent. This experience gave her valuable hands-on exposure to elderly care—something she grew to love and hopes to continue in her future employment. After completing her role as a domestic worker, Czarina also gained experience working from home as a part-time customer service representative for an online gaming company from Dec 2022 until Feb 2023, where she handled client inquiries, account concerns, and basic technical support. This role helped enhance her communication skills, patience, and ability to work independently in a virtual setting. A dedicated mother herself, Czarina is also highly capable of caring for children of all ages, from newborns to young teens. She is confident in feeding, bathing, dressing, and attending to children's daily routines, including engaging them in educational activities. In the kitchen, Czarina is skilled in preparing Filipino dishes and is open to learning foreign cuisines. Her flexibility, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow make her a reliable and adaptable worker in any household. Today, Czarina is spending time with her children while preparing for a new opportunity abroad. She is currently applying for a position in Singapore, where she hopes to continue her work as a caregiver or domestic helper. Once selected, she is ready to undergo a two-week in-house private training accredited by TESDA, followed by the OWWA seminar and POEA processing for deployment.
