Abejean Dadua Ribon

Abejean Dadua Ribon is a 26-year-old single Filipina from Dasmariñas, Cavite. She is the third child among five siblings, with three brothers and one sister. Her father, aged 47, is a farmer, while her mother, also 47, is a housewife. Abejean completed her secondary education at Quinabigan National High School in 2015. She began working at an early age to help support her family and gain practical experience. PHILIPPINES (January 2019 to January 2021), she was employed as a domestic helper for a Filipino family residing in a two-storey, four-bedroom home. The household consisted of a couple and three children, aged 23, 15, and 6 years old. During her employment, Abejean was responsible for general household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and ironing. She also looked after the family’s pets, one dog and one cat. A significant part of her role involved caring for the youngest child, assisting with daily routines such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and supervising play and study time. She also prepared and cooked meals for the children. After completing her domestic work, Abejean worked as a cashier in a fast-food chain from 2021 to 2023, where she developed good customer service skills and learned to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Currently, since June 2025, she has been employed as a factory worker while awaiting an opportunity to work abroad, particularly in Singapore. Abejean describes herself as hardworking, patient, and responsible. She takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and order in the household and is confident in caring for young children. She is also willing to look after the elderly or persons with special needs, should she be given the opportunity. She is capable of cooking Filipino dishes and can follow recipe books to prepare other cuisines. She remains eager to learn new cooking styles and adapt to her employer’s preferences. Her practical experience in both domestic work and customer service has made her adaptable, reliable, and able to work independently. With her positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn, Abejean Dadua Ribon is confident that she can be a dependable household worker and a valuable help to any family who will employ her.
